Session Options

I help people all over the world and there are a few ways to book a session with me:

> Face-to-face sessions  - at my practice location in Maroubra, NSW.

> Online/zoom sessions – convenient from your own home anywhere in the world, especially if you have a tight schedule around family/work commitments, are outside of Sydney or overseas, or just prefer the ease of engaging online.  Most of my online clients report the same benefits and results as my face-to-face clients and because most of the work I do is energetic, your location does not impact the effectiveness of the session.

> In-home sessions - for clients with special needs or those who are unable to travel due to their medical condition (please note that these sessions have to be agreed with me in person and you cannot use the online booking platform to make these bookings).
 

Please note:

*My sessions do not qualify for any Medicare or Private Health Fund rebates at present

*Medicare Mental Health Care Plans are not accepted at my practice, they are for Psychologists only. Psychologists *diagnose* conditions and counsellors are for building a therapeutic relationship with and talking to about treatment and strategies for mental health conditions and other general issues, such as relationships, parenting, career or personal issues. I am not a psychologist, however, can assist you with mental health counselling as well as body and energy-related treatment modalities.

Important booking conditions:

Please note all initial appointments must pay the full consultation fee upfront when booking.  Return clients/consultations have the option to pay the full consultation fee upfront, or a partial fee of $50, in order to make a booking.  The balance of any unpaid fees is due before the session starts – either in cash or by EFT.   Any cancellations within 48hrs of the consultation appointment time will incur a $50 cancellation fee.  If you cancel your booking more than 48hrs before your appointment time the full fee paid will be reimbursed to you.
